To day I read the book that i fall in love it when the main idea is that how to becoming the elite
1. make place with the fact that you need to remove the rough edges and excess weight from yur life and commit to taking action.
2. identify the unneccessary weitht that you have allowed in your backpact, realised thet you are nt obligated to carry it, and dump it out on the ground.
3. value your time, value your experiences, recognize when others are taking more than therare giving and when it is time to cut loose theextra weight.
4. refuse to be bullied by negativit or undo obligation.

1. When you catch yourself making excuses, identify your location on the "inverted U"> Do what it takes to find your optimal performance zone.
2. Consider what opportunities you have allowed to slip though your hand due to unproductive excuses.
3. Embrace your fear. Foutify the areas in which the fear is justified so that you can rest easy.
4. Start looking for ways to gain experience and stop listening to excuses.

5. be sure to give much as much you receive, always look for ways to pay it forword.

4. practice having hard conversations. be gentle but direct. never leave out the positive, becaus it is soften the blow.
