For now Thailand is in the phase 3.
-          What are its effects?
Typically, the 2 main characteristics are presented in this phase including decline in fertility and mortality rates.

-          How can we decrease those impacts?
it depends on 1) government’s policy consisting of education, health, governance, economy; 2) level of productivity which is divided into
a). productivity of young adults, schooling, employment, practices, and timing.
b). productivity of older adults, tax incentives, health programs, pension, and retirement policies.

-          What are the indicators?
4 indicators used to assess the how much the country’s experiences the impacts of this phenomenon.
1.       Savings   personal saving grow and can be used to stimulate the econ.
2.       Labour supply     more workers are added to the labour force, including more women.
3.       Human capital     with fewer births, parents are able to allocate more resources leading to better education and health outcomes.
Economic growth     GPD is one of indicator due to the “dependency ratio”
