I am the head chef of the Thai House restaurant in the UK. it is a wonderful experience here where I engage in a new challenge of my life far beyond the academic sphere. I have been working here for more than 3 years, starting as a starter chef assistant. Yesh it is so far so good when the day passed, my confidence was raised. I became a chef voluntarily after the real head chef wanted to take a holiday but no one works in this position after she made a huge attempt to search several months ago. so, I feel that it is not too hard to do so as I have collected experience for a long time. I decided to tell her that I could do this job for her for 5 weeks (5 days a week). The 29/08/23 was the first day. everything went through smoothly with help, care, and support from our team.
